Smartwatches – you either love em or hate em. I was a bit of an early adopter and one of the Kickstarter backers for the first generation Pebble back in 2011, but things have come on leaps and bounds over the past 8 years, especially when the mighty big boys at Apple and Samsung decided to wade in and take over the playground.
But if you’re a mechanical watch guy and would rather rock an SKX or Speedmaster, then having an add on to your existing watch could be the answer you’re looking for.
This hybrid approach has been attempted before with limited success but now Sony have popped up with the Wena Wrist Pro (and Active) which replaces your metal watch bracelet and clasp with a “smart” version.
