Welcome to the Scottish Watches Podcast – Episode 304!
The first of a trilogy of episodes going behind the scenes with Montblanc where we’ll be discovering more about the modern business and the history that lead to the present.
Our first guest in this miniseries is Simon, a Senior Learning and Development at Montblanc and a man who knows his history! We talk about Montblanc’s journey from acquiring and incorporating the knowhow, tradition, and legacy of Minerva and Nicolas Rieussec; to developing their own movements along with using the best third-party movements available to deliver affordable pieces. It’s not all about the watches since Simon also let’s escape some custumer service secrets that could be beneficial for someone who wants to get into the industry or equally has been involved for ears.
